Jan. 7th, 2014 09:47 pmA few main points about Norway at this time. Let me know if there is anything that I forgot to include. (Or if there is anything that is incorrect. I enjoy reading about this time period, but I am not an expert on 17th-century Scandinavia.)
Time period & Age
17th century. Specifically 1650s. If I had to pin down a year, it would be 1658, because that is the year that the March across the Belts strip takes place. The Raising taxes strip probably takes place around that time too. In terms of visual age, I see Norway as about 18-ish at this time.
